AMADEUS PROJECT – LENZING DURATEX – CBC

Expanding boundaries..

After having completed the ETE of the Puma project, owned by Klabin, and the ETE of Suzano in Mucuri, M.ROSCOE starts another project in the paper and cellulose sector. This time, M.ROSCOE will be responsible for the civil works for the Chemical Recovery Boiler “CRU” and the Power Boiler “BFB”, to be built for CBC INDÚSTRIAS PESADAS S.A, at the Lenzing Duratex facilities, in Indianópolis -MG.

The Amadeus Project is a partnership between Duratex and the Austrian group Lenzing for the production of soluble cellulose of the viscose type. Known for the manufacture of wooden panels, bathroom fixtures and metal fittings, Duratex and its partner will invest US $ 1 billion in the new factory, which will have a production capacity of 450 thousand tons per year.
